Founder & Managing Director
Vishal Bansal is a strategic people, rewards and organisation advisor with close to two decades of experience across executive HR leadership and specialised consulting in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.
He founded Altus People Advisory to make senior-calibre HR and rewards expertise more accessible to organisations that need experienced guidance, without the overhead of a full-time executive team.
Before founding Altus, Vishal served as Head of Human Resources at Jewel Changi Airport and concurrently as VP, Head of Total Rewards, Performance & Workforce Planning at Changi Airport Group. Earlier, he held senior roles at Mediacorp and consulting positions at Mercer and Carrots Consulting.
Vishal holds an MBA from Nanyang Business School (top Strategy graduate, Accenture Gold Medal), with exchange programmes at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and ESSEC Business School, Paris. He also holds an accelerated Engineering degree from NTU, is a Certified IHRP Senior Professional (IHRP-SP), and completed Level I of the CFA Programme.
